The hotel was the Patricia Grand. In the mean time Patricia Grand closed 2 days before I was to leave so I would have had to go anyway. I am 71 female single and was working as a housekeeper at Caribbean Resort cleaning toilets and on my on call quit because I felt it unsafe. What the hell. I want my money back and they took it, money that was not paid in earnest for taxes but time there. HELP

Called the company and they did sent someone out to clean the condo but never got a follow up from the company. You would not have read this review it someone had just called to check in with us. If you own a rental property, they will rent it to absolute savages who will destroy your property. Even if you come in as soon as the tenant leaves and see the damage with your own eyes, CB will refuse to hold back any security deposit. Oddly though lots of complaints here are from tenants who rented garbage units through CB and were docked security for clogging drains. Funny because I was told today that clogging brand new plumbing is "wear and tear." Maybe CB is just a giant scam on both ends. The owners get treated like garbage and so do the tenants. I've had either reckless tenants or terrible cleaning crews. But there is no recourse with the tenants when they damage your unit. And they will damage your unit. Vicki Burrs knows one answer to a problem--we don't care. That's her go to when lying doesn't work. But she'll lie too. If you're renting in OC, stay away from CB 118th street. If you own a rental unit stay away from CB Vacations 118th street. Go directly to Vacasa. Hopefully once the transition is over, Vacasa will fire the rude, incompetent staff and replace them with people who take pride in their work. They're a disgrace to the service industry. These agencies are holding on by a thread because AirB&B provides better service for renters and better property management for owners. Plus they cut out the lazy inept middle men. Stay way from Coldwell Banker. They're an embarrassment to themselves and an insult to everyone they deal with.

I recently used Chris to photograph our condo in OC, MD. This is an investment property for us…read more We communicated through text and email. He took pictures of our condo in a timely manner. I paid for the pictures, without paying much attention to them (my fault). After my wife and property manager voiced their disappointment with the quality of the pictures I contacted Chris to see if he would be willing to stop by the condo and take some additional pictures. He said because it was 2 weeks after the session and I had downloaded the pictures that he was unwilling to take any additional pictures. That is his right but I think it is bad business. He lives there. It would take a relatively small investment of his time and resources to make a customer happy. His website says up to 100 pictures for the package. I received 82. I asked if he would take an additional 18 to bring it to the 100 mark. He said no, which again is his right because he noted his site says "UP TO" 100 pictures for the package. One last thing that stood out was the difference in price that he quoted me $350 and the site on his site which is $300. He did it for $300 but the difference in the quote and the site prices was questionable. I would just think in the industry of photography, that is almost completely service driven, what I asked for to make the situation better was not a very big ask. I would be more than happy to share the pictures with anyone that would like to see them and make up their own mind about the quality. In addition to my wife and property manager, the first person we had in the condo said "the pictures don't do the place justice". That really says it all!

Highly recommend! We…read morealmost didn't make the session due to very high winds. Chris was honest and suggested we reschedule but we only had one more day in Ocean City so we took a chance. Our photos came out amazing. He did an incredible job, it was a fun session for the boys (6 and 4 years old) and made us feel very comfortable. Chris is very professional, creative, great to work with, has excellent communication and has a great sense of humor especially with kids. Thank you again for capturing these special photos. We will have this memory for a lifetime.
