The room was so cute and cozy and was nicely separated from any nearby rooms. The bed was incredibly soft and plush (which I love) although we did find a very small dead spider under the covers at the foot of the bed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our drinks, live music, and the ambiance at the Pub in the evening. While we didn't have a chance to get in the pool it looked beautiful and very refreshing. There was some loud sawing due to maintenance/construction onsite going on during the day but that didn't bother us much as we were out and about until the evening anyways. A little "Game of Thrones-ey" with a modern twist which is super cute. The staff is very nice. I appreciate that luggage dolleys are available right in the garage. The rooftop lounge is very nice, however - not much more than bar food on the menu so we opted to go into town for seafood at The Half Shell (fantastic!) which I will review separately. I did notice on the rooftop receipt that we were charged for the wrong wine. I had a $10 glass of wine but was charged for a $15 glass of wine. But my husband had a glass of Glen Levit which they only charged $10 for (which is a great price) so I let it slide. Our only other complaints are that the pillows on the bed are so poofy that my neck was uncomfortable all night. Next time I will bring our own pillows. And the wine glasses brought to the room with the bottle we ordered should have been polished up. There is nothing appealing about water spotted wine glasses. Otherwise the room was very clean and very nice. I did notice the complimentary mini body wash in the shower was incredibly watery which means they're just refilling them which is kinda gross. Despite our chief complaints, we will probably come here again. My husband wants me to add that the rooftop furniture is a bit dilapidated. One of our entrees was forgotten and wasn't served until everyone had finished their meals. The compensation offered was to remove a Diet Coke from the bill. The person who had their meal forgotten, didn't even touch their entree. The food and service at this establishment was abysmal and I highly recommend steering clear of this place. There was supposed to be live music here and that didn't happen as well. Later, when I reached out to guest services, I was left with zero concern or response. We still have not heard from them. This place must be trying to go out of business. What a disappointment!

Overall it was okay, clean but a tad dated, especially the kitchen and laundry area. The bed was extra firm, not comfortable at all. However the kitchen was well stocked with dining utensils and cookware. Check in was seamless with keyless entry locks. The condominium complex is a U shape, with a middle courtyard that leads out to the pool and private beach access. In the courtyard is a fountain and two hot tubs. One of which was out of order during our stay. At the pool most of the lounge chairs were "claimed" by beach towels. Not really the condos issue but I may as well mention how interesting the beach is. It's a bit of a trek to the actual beach through a marsh like area there's even a large tide pool, which stinks!! The ocean water appeared brown and murky, so I passed on getting in. Also someone stole my shoes. Smh.

It's a small thing, but if a hotel offers an amenity, it should be done properly. The gentleman working Friday night handled it the right way with two squares and was actually friendly. I also don't think they shampooed the carpets since being built, there were stains on our room carpet & when I walked to together ice & came back to our room the bottom of my feet were black. Overall, the stay was okay, but the service and attention to detail were disappointing for a Hilton brand.
