I went in a few times in the past and had a great experience but recently not so much. The great…read morething about going in was that staff always helped figure out a good shoe option/s as experts. Recently I went in looking for a shoe, no one approached me to help, the effort was minimal and there was a suggestion to purchase it online on their site. The thing is, if I wanted to purchase online I wouldn't have bothered driving 30miles watch way to get to the warehouse. The other thing is, that they did have a newer version of the shoe and a different employee had to step in to put two and two together to pull a pair out of the back. Quality of service has definitely declined, pretty disappointing. I of course ended up purchasing shoes online from the actual manufacturer instead.
