Why I stopped buying and why you should consider a new place if you enjoy IPAs. Short version:…read morePurchased 3 kegs online and got them delivered. The IPA was 3 months old per label. I tried it and it was dull and old (it is a regular on tap for about a year). Called hoping to get a fresher one. Was told "nope" and I should be grateful as the other one was 4 months old. I asked if there were ANY IPAs (not just the brand I bought) available that was fresh and a different guy (manager?) picks up and tells me no, all their IPAs in kegs are 5 to 6 months old. Either he wanted to get me off the phone and not try to make it right or he was telling the truth. Either way, I've found a new distributor. Thousands spent supporting the local, gone in a phone call. Any yes, contacted them via email and waited a week. No response. Old stale kegs, bad poor customer service. Bye.

I went in to buy a slushie and he told me about all of the new flavors and gave me his personal recommendations. He offered me samples and joked around with me as I taste tested. When I apologized that I had no cash for a tip he said he doesn't work for tips. He was just happy to help me. He shook my hand and said he was happy to meet me. And wished me a great day. I was determined though and found $1.50 in coins and two free drink tokens for the Alliance Fire Hall in my purse to offer him. LOL I hope to run into him there to thank him again. GREAT STAFF! GREAT SERVICE!!

I didn't look at any of the traditional domestics such as bud, Miller, etc but they do have all that stuff. Along with a nice variety of ciders, ipas, stouts, etc. We ended up leaving with two six packs and two bomber bottles of a certain beer we searched the valley for. Prices are better than Wegmans/Weis for individual bottles with a far better selection.

Always so friendly and will carry (and wheel) our beer and load into the car for us. They always have chilled cases (any chilled case, this is greatly appreciated). I've been to so many other places in the valley that have a rude staff. I'm young, I spend a lot of money on beer (and a lot of it is good beer!) I don't feel bad about it and appreciate the effort from this place! I highly recommend you buy all of your beer here. And tell your friends. :)

He never said the keg had to be returned in a specified time frame. Only statement when I got the keg and tap, was that once it was returned I would get my deposits back for the keg and tap. After only a month of having the keg and tap, he called me and threatened to go to the magistrate if I didn't return it. He needs to tell people, or give them a contract or something in writing that states when he wants it back, if he is going to get that uptight about it. Get your taps and kegs from somewhere else.

My boyfriend had been here before but I was a 1st time client and, boy, was I impressed! First of all, this is not your average beer shop. It is a drive through shop. Yes, drive through. As we pulled up I was clearly confused. We parked inside the garage, surrounded by hundreds of bottles of beers, different brands, different price points. A gentleman appeared around the corner and asked what we would like. We asked for the specials of the night (Miller High Life) and ordered a case... (sometimes you just want something cheap). He grabbed the beer and asked were we wanted it. We told him to place it in the back seat, and he did! Customer Service: 5 stars out of 5! We did not have to leave the car nor did we get wet tonight thanks to the Nazareth Beverage Center. I will be back for more once the beer is finished!

The only negative I observed back during that time was the owner was kind of of know it all. Others Have said to me that they like him, so maybe it's just me. For the most part, Holland Liquors was a good place to go with nice staff up to two years ago. (I should also add that there have been times I've purchased items that were expired). My last visit was this year. I won't be back. There is a new cashier that always seems to stare down customers. He is not friendly. I asked this cashier if everything was ok and he immediately did a 180. I appreciate that he changed his attitude, but something is off. The owner sat frozen at his computer with his back turned toward me. Exactly what I'd expect from him. I'm sure this establishment will stay in business and prosper and I wish them continued success. It's just not my vibe.
