I didn't want to be wasteful and had a specific budget. We also had zoning challenges. Geoff was so creative with our layout and maximized the usability of our small house. He also provided us with an alternative if zoning didn't get approved. The alternative still included everything the expanded version had, so we were covered either way. When it came to zoning, he managed everything for me and had a great relationship with the town. We got everything approved and the committee thought our ideas were great. Then when it came to construction, I was so glad I had Geoff on my side. The builders thought he was super thorough. I appreciated Geoff's advice on what absolutely needed to get done and what didn't, and approximate costs, etc. I felt like he was an advocate for me, and I was so appreciative of his guidance and help throughout the whole project.
