The contact at this firm was Kamran Aghili, and after being contacted by myself and the realtor several times, claimed that their firm wasn't handling that attorney's former clients and suggested calling the debtor (who was no longer in business). It was subsequently determined that this "law firm/collection company" was the point of contact, and due to laziness or the inability to understand the process, intentionally extended the process instead of providing competent customer service. Aghili was absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. Also, knowing that time was of the essence, this inept customer service "manager" did not expedite the process and provided overall inadequate service.
