She didn't use scare tactics or extremism like other consultations. And she seemed to really understand my circumstance. 3) The retainer cost was also the most competitive by far! Throughout the process (pre court), her team was responsive by text and email, including remainders on court date and traffic school recommendation, which I greatly appreciated. They seemed really on top of it and available. Most importantly, the day of my traffic hearing she was really proactive and aggressive in handling the process. She negotiated with all parties and then represented me to the judge as well. She made sure the terms worked for me. I didn't have to face the judge, prosecutor or witness. She handled everything. The entire process literally took about 20 minutes and I was on my way with the most favorable outcome. Super efficient and stress free process, after months of worrying about the outcome. I wished I had hired her earlier on. Overall I would rate the experience 10/10 and could not recommend them more!!! So very grateful and eternally thankful!!! I couldn't be happier with the services offered. Highly highly recommend.

I am grateful, beyond measure. I will keep Mike in my roladex and refer him to friends, family, and others in case they ever need an attorney. Mike's approach is effortless. He's the man with the master plan. He kept me calm and enlightened me on how things work, what to expect, and even the history of certain aspects of the justice system. Over the course of six months, Kush represented me through two serious and completely false felony…read morecharges--burglary and theft. The situation was deeply emotional and stressful, stemming from a false accusation made by an ex-boyfriend during a difficult breakup. From the very beginning, Kush was calm, reassuring, and laser-focused on one objective: a full acquittal. Throughout the entire process--from preparation through trial--Kush demonstrated exceptional professionalism, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the Maryland court system. He is an outstanding trial litigator who understands not only the law, but how to clearly and effectively present the truth in court. Kush took the time to fully understand my side of the story and made sure it was heard. He methodically exposed the inconsistencies and falsehoods in the accuser's testimony and clearly demonstrated why the State failed to meet its burden of proof. Because of his skill, preparation, and confidence in the courtroom, I was fully acquitted and found not guilty on all charges. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing a criminal defense attorney--whether in district or circuit court--you want someone who is strategic, composed under pressure, and relentlessly committed to protecting you. I just wrapped up my divorce and received everything that I had asked for all because my lawyer,…read moreTammy Begun, fought for my case as if it were her own divorce. She can be very aggressive when it comes to defending against accusations and other lies. Our case was put together in a manner that there was no way that we would have lost because her timelines were sharp, she paid attention to details that were overlooked such as dates, times, and even emails that may have seemed irrelevant. I went from having just 50% legal custody and no physical custody of 2 girls to receiving 50/50 legal and physical along with a favorable custody schedule that worked for everyone. She really does care and she listens to everything that you have to say, which I really appreciated someone taking the time to do and to retain all of the information given. If you are dealing with a tough spouse who is being unreasonable and difficult, Tammy is your lawyer. Everyone that helped me out through this time told me that I chose well and that she is the only lawyer that they would ever use if they had to divorce and now I see why. Very happy with the outcome of my divorce, it could have been a lot worse.

We were involved in a car accident in September 2013 where we were not at fault, and we used Palmeiro to represent us on the claim. Not only were they unresponsive to our calls/emails, it took an entire year in a half for them to settle the case, and for half of what we were seeking. Any time we did get someone on the phone, the person answering would have no idea about the facts of our case, and I would have to re-explain everything over and over again. On top of everything, the receptionist(s) were consistently rude despite the fact that we were paying clients. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Horrible customer service and an unforgivable lack of attention to their cases. Avoid at all costs.

Feeling misheard, we (my parent's and I) decided to work with a different attorney and request the money back (1000 dollars). Eric mentioned over the phone on Friday, August 18th that I would receive my electronic payment credited back immediately. That didn't happen. A week later I called asking for the refund and Attorney Eric said that he is not responsible for refunds and that this type of thing "is out of his hands" after saying that he passed on the information. I then asked to speak with the responsible party and he sends me to Attorney Miguel Palmeiro who is the owner of the office. Once again I was promised to get my refund, but now over the mail since "it is complicated to process a refund on the LawPay system". Two weeks later, I still haven't received my refund and now they don't respond to my emails or return my calls. I don't know what kind of practice they are running out there, but the previous owner, Attorney Vitor Cuco was not this way. I am disappointed, upset and $1000 short. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW PRACTICE TO ANYONE! If this is how they run a refund process, I wouldn't trust my papers with them. Marcele Viana
