I said, "I just want some advice on managing my tax exposure on an annual basis". She said, "I have all of my clients out of the market" she showed me a chart of market trends since 1928 forward..."the market has risen ***% since blah blah blah. How long do you think that will go on????" You are not safe in the market, now. (Well, I've been through the 1999 crash, and fortunately was smart enough to balance my investments before the 2008 "great recession") Tatiyana's pronouncements are scare tactics to doubt what you know and your own investing knowledge and skills. She was not pleasant and was extremely arrogant. She told me to think about it, and come back in a week. I did not go back. Don't go unless you are a lamb wanting to be sheared/fleeced.

Not only settle, but the whole 6 months of building a case was never shown in court because we never had the chance to enter.
