We even had another (mobile) groomer come and experience our poor dogs angst, that we were charged a "special handling fee" to groom him which was a ridiculous amount of money. I prayed and brought him to the Puppy Boutique, and the sweet man notice our dogs angst, and kindly said, We will take care of Simba." Those words gave me comfort, and I knew that it would be ok. When we picked up our dog, he looked beautiful and happy! I am Grateful that I have found a place that knows how to handle my anxious dog and does a lovely job with his haircut.

We took our cat just the other day for bathing, teeth cleaning, and nail trimming. He hasn't gone…read morefor a while because the old groomer left and we really liked her. But we were told there was a bew groomer and gave it a shot. He came back clean. But I noticed his butt hadn't been shaved and my roommate said he doesn't think his nails had been clipped either. Which were part of the service if not now, previously. Today I noticed him limping and thought maybe he stepped on something when I checked I saw nothing, but then decided to trim his nails while I had him. I found his nails have been trimmed, but really alarmingly short and at a weird angle. Instead of parallel with his nails they went horizontal which crushes the nails so most of his nails are splintered and cracked. Then I noticed his dew claw, which he yelped when I went to inspect, was cut way too short and splintered. It looks really awful and painful like a rock shoved in his paw. He's clearly in pain and no one felt the need to mention this mistake. To clarify he is a sweet gentle boy who at most would be nervous during bathing, but nails he is usually fine doing. This has never happened before and the old groomer use to praise him for how well behaved he is so I don't know how this happened and why we were not notified.

Now for my groomers, these ladies are literally the best. Saray is a miracle worker and she works so hard and it shows in her work. My dog Kaia had a lot of matting and she's a husky and she took her double coat and totally transformed her from looking like she had been on the streets the last 2.5 months into a soft fluffy little princess! Priscilla was my groomer for my other fur baby JoJo and she was absolutely great! I love how she put her own little twist to making JoJo look like a little baddie! She did Ombré colors with the pet friendly dye on my dogs tails and it came out so unbelievably CUTE! Both of these ladies are amazing at cutting and styling dogs and you can tell they love what they do and really care and work as a team over there. It's so hard to find a trust worthy groomer anywhere because you never know with places but this place i can fully say i trust and my dogs are always happy which is more than anyone can ask for their pets.
