I called these guys to check their rates and first they wouldn't tell me over the phone then when I found out that (after about 3 minutes of asking) that they were exchanging euros to dollars at 0% while the national rate is at 14%. I understand that they need to make money but robbing people in broad daylight, especially people who don't know much about currency rates. After I hanged up this guy called me TWO more times and tried to make it sound like they were being reasonable. I couldn't believe they would harass customers after offering such a bad service!
