I was super impressed with this company. The booth was like a real step- in booth. I got an awesome photo album at the end of the party which was a perfect memory to have fro my daughter's 21st. The pictures came out great with zero issues. Lots of laugh! The drunker we got the more fun we had and had to keep them for 2 hours longer!!! Thank you Scrapbooth for the Amazing fun and laughter last night at My aunts wedding! 4 Days before the wedding my aunt called me saying her photobooth person had cancelled and she was very upset! (Bridezilla was starting to kick in a little but I kept her calm) lol I told her I would find a better photobooth ( not knowing what I was getting my self into) after calling numerous places and of course everyone being booked since it was just short notice, I found there ad on Craigslist! I'm so sorry for the late review but scrapbooth came through for me in June of this year for my graduation party! The two guys that showed up( I wish I could remember their names! I think one guys' name was Frank) were very helpful and patient! I had them set up outside and it was very hot that day and they didn't complain at all but showed great customer service the entire time they were there! Their great attitude despite the heat was admirable! I'd hire this company again! Great service! They showed up on time and didn't cheat me out of the time I paid to have the photo booth! They were hired to do 3 hours at my wedding on 12/27. I had also hired a second photo booth. My other photo booth set up first and by accident set up in the opposite area where Scrap Booth was to. The guys at Scrap Booth were so RUDE! as to take down and damage property of the other booth. So unprofessional!!! They also didn't bother to come ask if the BRIDE and GROOM would of liked to use the booth before taking it down. Yes we were busy but we would of stopped for 10 mins to have some fun in the booth. So disappointed in this company. They are just as shady at the venue I used for my wedding. read more

Sad to say, I think most of these reviews are friends. I used them for my granddaughter 18th birthday party and graduation party this past weekend. Service was horrible, I shorten because the machine broke down at least 3 times taking up to 45+ minutes away. He was late. He took 35 minutes to setup I text the guy I spoke with trying to be a resolution to the issue. Instead he has ignored my text messages and phone calls. I went to the City of Rancho for business information-Working without a license. Now I'm forced to take legal action. It would have been more beneficial to have talked to me and come to a fair resolution. Rudy. Well, I see I got your attention. Honey I have left no threatening measage. I come from a family of Attorneys, Law Enforcement & Judges. I certainly did text you more than 5 times because you didn't respond. So I had to do what I felt I needed to do. If you were willing to do anything you certainly did not show it. Instead you were non responsive. As I stated to you before, I take no pleasure whatsoever in leaving a bad reviews. It took a lot for me to write this one.. Games I don't play. Every step I take in the matter is and will alway be LEGAL. Yesterday was the day to reach back. Sorry you waited. Take care.
