I saw this really beautiful at home office on Pinterest and saw a beautiful display of paper flowers on the office wall and thought "wow I think I actually know someone who might be able to crest this" and I called up Steph. She was quick, really sweet and so easy to work with. Sent her the photo and got a damn near perfect replica of what I sent her. I even gave her specific colors I wanted the flowers to be and she not only perfected the order she went above and beyond and enhanced the look with pretty green leaves and extra flowers of different sizes. Blown away by the detail and all the effort she put into these flowers. The paper was so sturdy I was able to use push pins to hang them up on my wall and with the magic of zoom cameras it made it easy to put up the flowers so they sit perfectly within my zoom frame. I wanted the flowers to be seen in my background for work calls and boy did they look fantastic. I got so many compliments on how beautiful they looked and so many of my coworkers reached out asking about where they came from and how they'd never seen such flowers. Steph really made me stand out and was just so grateful that she took on such an odd and out of the box order but that just shows how flexible creative and outstanding her talents really are. If you have any small or large requests, Steph will be able to deliver 1000% every time. Her work is unlike anything I've seen on the market and no one will be as generous and genuine in supporting your dreams. Weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, you name it... she can do it and do it beautifully. I'll be sending all my friends to her for their next DIY project!

We first talked to Hannah who was very kind and patient in answering our questions as we better understood expectations of wedding planning and the packages Joyfully Co had to offer. We never felt pressure from Hannah to hire them as our planner and she made us feel heard and seen. We ended up working with them and booked the 'Love' package which focused on designing our wedding with month & day of coordinating with their founder, Blaire! We booked them pretty early on and once things picked up they were great to work with. We worked a lot with Blaire (our main planner), Hannah and Sharon! All 3 ladies were so helpful and great in communication - which was what I really valued and appreciated a lot. The whole planning process for the design was so smooth. They asked us for a pinterest board of our inspo, then created a proposal slide deck on designs - and that's when I realized their attention to detail was crazy. I had an image that I liked and they thought I wanted it down to the tee, like wanting a chest for the card box, which they even FOUND a site of where I could buy one! Because we went with the Love package - we were responsibly to book our vendors, but they went above and beyond & recommended us vendors we had a hard time finding (like photography, cake, HMUA). We ended up going with a lot of their recommendations and LOVED them all! Months leading up to the wedding, the meetings picked up and check-ins came more. They guided us well and really wrote down every detail we (mainly me lol) wanted. They were sooo patient and offered so many different designs for signage! They made sure everything was something we're happy with, and if we wanted any changes - they'd make them asap. The day of was so smooth - I found myself hardly seeing them except a few times or when Blaire would give us the cue or ask us if we needed anything. I feel planners & coordinators don't get enough recognition as they work behind the scenes but they were fantastic. I don't even know if there were any problems that happened day of - which was great! We were pretty stress free and any last minute changes they'd ask us to make sure it's okay or not. I truly don't know how they can be under all that stress and still smile and make things look so easy. They placed all our DIY stuff beautifully and helped package everything back into our boxes by the end of the night - AND even into our cars! I legit have nothing missing!! We were so happy to see everything come together - literally my pinterest board come to life! The entire team always made us feel seen and heard - and would give us their advice if we were stuck on whether something worked or not. They worked well giving cues to our other vendors (like DJ for announcements) the day of and I do think because of their help - the day was perfect. Highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs! I'm sure no matter what package you end up, whether its full planning to even just month-of, you'll be very happy with the results. Their attention to detail is just 10/10 and they're all so sweet to work with. Thank you Blaire, Hannah, and Sharon for everything! It was such a pleasure working with all of you this past year and half :) I'm so grateful we chose your team for our big day!

scheduled face painter and balloon artist for my son's first birthday. both scheduled from 3-430…read more wanted both there at same time so kids could be in line for face painting and some could be getting balloons. I had Star Wars characters scheduled from 430-6 and wanted all attention to be on the characters. So the plan was to have the face painter and balloon artist gone by then. The face painter called me about 40 mins before 3 and said she would be about 15 mins late. Okay, no big deal, I appreciated the heads up. When she arrived I thought maybe the balloon artist would be with her because the balloon artist hadn't showed up and I hadn't heard from her and it was already about 315. The face painter told me she would call the balloon artist and find out what was going on. About 10 mins later the face painter told me that the balloon artist got the time wrong and thought she was supposed to be there at 4 instead of 3. At this point I'm a little frustrated because I know the balloon artist time is now going to cut into the Star Wars characters time, but I'm informed by the face painter that the balloon artist lives not too far and can be there by 4 if not a little sooner. Fast forward to 445 and A balloon artist finally shows up. I'm told by the face painter that this is not the original balloon artist and that she's not sure what's going on, she has tried calling Cynnamon and that she can't get a hold of her that her phone is going straight to voicemail. Then come to Find out the balloon artist only speaks Spanish and so the kids can't even communicate with the balloon artist to tell them what they want. My wife, who speaks Spanish, had to translate to the balloon artist for some of the kids and I'm not sure who else helped but at this point, I'm furious. So I text cynnamon and tell her that I don't feel like I should pay for this balloon artist because he's an hour and 45 mins late, he's cut into my Star Wars characters time which I paid a lot of money for, he can't even communicate with the kids, and to top it off his balloon artistry wasn't that good. I get no response from cynnamon. So fast forward to the time when the balloon artist is done and my wife tells me he's asking to get paid, and I was dead set on not paying him, but my wife felt bad for the guy because he wasn't originally supposed to be there and got thrown into all this, so I ended up paying the guy. I finally hear back from cynnamon about an hour and a half after the party is over in a text which is pasted below. You can read it for yourself. She proceeds to tell me that she can give me $50 off but I should still pay at least $100. Well I already paid the full 150 by that time. So after all that she can only offer $50 refund. What she should do is pay the guy from the $200 deposit that I had already paid if she was concerned about him getting paid and wasting his gas and time and refunded me. Also there was no communication with me whatsoever, in her text she says a story about some mixup and the original balloon artists husband saving the day. I should have been contacted by someone and asked if I still wanted a balloon artist to show up almost 2 hours late. I would have just told them not to worry about it at that point. And then cynnamon proceeds to try to tell me that my party was saved because someone still showed up and that the flow was good because kids could get in line for the balloon artist and the characters. Don't try to gaslight me and tell me how you think this all worked out because of whatever mishaps happened. The flow didn't go how I wanted. I wanted the kids full attention on the Star Wars characters, not split between them and the balloon artist. Cynnamon should learn how to make things right when things go bad. Once again if I was contacted at all, I would have said just save the time of the balloon artist and refund my money for him. The only bright side is Senaida the face painter was amazing. It's too bad, I wouldn't book this company again. If you do book a face painter ask for Senaida. But just be aware the customer service of cynnamon is horrible and communication the day of the party is none existent.
