I paid $98.71 to this company for a name badge case for my service club. When it arrived, it…read morelooked very promising, but I found the foam pad was not thick enough to keep the name badges in place when the case was closed and carried, which made a mess and took the badges out of alphabetical order. I called Coller Industries today and explained my situation. I requested that they send me another foam pad to keep the badges in place when the case was closed. I was told by Kayla (sp?) that I would need to pay $50 to buy another foam pad. I asked if she could make an exception, but she said that was the policy. I told her I was very disappointed. Another company might have sent the foam pad for free and just charged me for shipping and handling. I was would have felt good with a resolution like that. Now, I will need to spend time and money to find a suitable replacement pad that should have been in the badge case if bought from Coller to begin with. Bill
