They were extremely helpful, also fixing my chain that had jammed at the same time my tire was damaged. I went there myself and experienced it as well. We moved our business to other companies who aren't smarmy and condescending to their customers. 2nd Experience: My wife needed a tire for her bike. They were rude and completely unhelpful. We wound up buying the tire online rather than use them. We always try to use local businesses first, but not when it comes to Saw This 3rd Experience: They sell storage buildings. I set up a time to go in and look at them, when I got there no one could answer any questions and all of the display buildings they had were crammed full of their own junk. It looks like the storage company manufacturer pulled their buildings out of there not long after. 4th Experience: I had to have a kayak rack for my vehicle, THAT DAY, so I had to go there and buy one. They couldn't answer my questions intelligently so I had to go online and find out for myself. I bought one only because I had to. Their price was 30% higher than everywhere else. I only purchased from them because my time was constrained and I didn't have a choice. Hours aren't consistent but their attitude is consistently poor.
