5/5 -- BEST DOCTOR IN THE VALLEY…read more I highly recommend Dr. McArthur! Every time I leave Dr. McArthur's office, all of my health concerns have been addressed--and I never feel rushed. She takes the time to listen, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and, when necessary, orders the appropriate tests to make sure everything is functioning properly internally, beyond what can be seen during a routine exam. Preventative healthcare is an understatement with Dr. McArthur. Doc makes the visit easy and genuinely works toward finding solutions rather than simply addressing symptoms. I've been to doctors who only want to address one concern at a time or give the usual "drink more water" or "take some ibuprofen" response. Dr. McArthur takes a completely different approach and genuinely supports my overall health and wellness. I've been her patient for three years, and the quality of care has remained consistent. She also has an excellent memory of my previous health concerns and conditions, which makes every appointment feel connected rather than like I'm starting over and explaining my entire medical history again. If your doctor addresses all of your concerns, spends adequate time with you, never makes you feel rushed, and somehow cares about your health more than you do--perfect! Sounds like you're already a patient of Dr. McArthur. And if you're not? Schedule an appointment. You'll understand what I mean when you leave feeling like a celebrity because your health was actually treated like the priority! 5/5 Doctor 5/5 Staff

Heck, I go in once a year and he remembers our conversations from the previous year! Again, yikes! But what I dig about him most is that he really listens and tries to figure out the least invasive way to go about treatment. You can't sleep? Here's some tips on relaxing your mind before bed. Back problems? Work on strengthening your back muscles; here's a list of exercises. It is so refreshing to have a doctor who does NOT automatically go to drugs for the solution. If my insurance changed, or if I didn't have any, I would pay out of pocket to see this man!

Having worked in the concierge and…read morefunctional medicine fields for many years, I can say without hesitation that he is beyond outstanding. His ability to interpret laboratory testing and translate it into a usable action plan is stunning. The office is beautiful and a remarkable island away from the chaos of the healthcare system. I highly recommend him.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers that Dr. Glick is THE best doctor that I have ever…read moreseen...and there have been a lot of them! If you have any kind of chronic problem that you haven't been able to figure out, he's the guy that can get to the bottom of it. I can say that with confidence because he's able to put together seemingly disparate pieces of information and ask questions that other doctors would never consider. He's not necessarily going to be able to come up with an answer fast, but he's not going to give up and will also help you figure out new questions to ask yourself about your health. Dr. Glick is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), certified in Functional Medicine that has a membership only practice. Here's what that means: Osteopathic doctors practice all areas of medicine but have special training in your body's musculoskeletal system. DO's focus on prevention and keep more up to date on advances in medical technology. Functional Medicine focuses on adding what the body is missing or lacking (nutrients, vitamins, hormones etc.) and removing what the body doesn't need via detoxification. In a way, it's another level of commitment to looking at the complexity of an individual and their health. Lastly, a Member's Only practice is where you pay to be a part of a practice up front or on a monthly basis. You might not be used to that idea, but first and foremost, Dr. Glick is committing to you as a patient. Secondly, you're not going to get a protocol with suggestions based on "what insurance will pay for." You're going to get a legitimate treatment plan that actually has a good chance of working. His office will bill insurance, but a lot of doctors will never tell you what the best plan of action is, they'll only offer what insurance will pay for, which is almost never the best first choice treatment. Whenever you're dealing with an illness that's a diagnosis of exclusion, you're going to need some patience. That's the only reason I've mentioned that getting well may take some time. Dr. Glick will spend enough time with you so that he really knows who you are, not just knows a few random facts about your life. Because he understands how you look at your life and how you think, he makes recommendations in a way that will make sense and be relevant to you. This is his true genius...understanding how to help you overcome the ways in which you may be sabotaging yourself from a health perspective, without realizing it (but he won't be in your face about it).

In 2023 I met Dr. Schlosser during my routine annual physical while he was working locum tenens (on…read morecontract) within our family physician's (large/network) practice. He not only provided the most thorough physical I'd ever completed, he also phoned that evening to discuss what he suspected- and proved to be very early stage cancer (treated and cured in no small part thanks to his incredible diligence!). Dr. Schlosser subsequently guided me along the process of seeking and obtaining specialized care, as well as securing second opinions, as everyone should! When I saw he formed his own practice I was elated, not to disparage our family practice but due to this wonderful experience during an extremely stressful period of time. Yesterday I completed a comprehensive consult with Dr. Schlosser and soon will get labs, scans, and related diagnostics. I have complete trust in his care. During this consult he put his entire skill set to work, based upon my multiple chronic conditions (genetic hypertension, Barrett's esophagus, chronic GI distress, and simply, other aging-related concerns). Having the ability to see an Internal Medicine Physician is the most holistic, and again comprehensive, solution to my many frustrating, recurring health issues. Internal Medicine Physicians are, by education and specialized long-term training, capable of managing and SOLVING complex medical and recurring issues especially in people my age (I'm a late-stage Boomer). His practice, although it's a fee-basis approach, is in-network with most all major insurers (important for my diagnostics, labs, and so forth). Whether my fee is reimbursed by my insurer is irrelevant in comparison to the confidence I finally have in Dr. Schlosser's identifying root causes and the establishment of treatment plans. I've seen multitudes of specialists during my yearslong search for comprehensive solutions. I finally found that proverbial needle in the haystack with Dr. Schlosser. I cannot more highly recommend his expertise, professionalism, and again, comprehensive approach to optimizing one's health.
