absolute horrible customer service I took my assembled Jackplate to him for some minor repairs and powder coat communication is trash I had to constantly call to get an update was told by the owner it would be 2 weeks ended up being well over a month finally received pictures there was spots on it where the aluminum was still showing where powder was not sprayed I asked to have it touched up and I was told I was being to picky for him and he didn't want to deal with it anymore then proceeded to tell me to come pick it up as is I kindly asked him to reassemble it he told me no that I could come pick it up as is complete trash custom service definitely DO NOT recommend this company my girlfriend went and picked it up for me because I was at work and could not make it there to pick it up she walked up and asked where it was two guys standing in there pointed out the box It was in She struggled to pick it up, and they stood there and laughed at her. read more

August 2015 - 3 days into our scallop trip our pontoon boat had a weld that cracked and the boat started taking on water. Found Scott on the Internet and called him. Scott said to bring the boat to him as he was in the middle of a project. Said he could have it finished the next afternoon. Surprisingly enough I received a call from Scott early the next morning, said he stayed till midnight to get our boat finished. Quality work by a quality family man and did not gouge me on the bill!!!Got us back on the water where my family could finish our annual vacation!
