on march 18 2019 i went to west coast fabricators to get two rear spring shackles cut, then increased in length. i waited till Wednesday and stopped by to ask about them. they were not done yet ( a 30 min job tops). i called again thursday (now into 4th day) and still not done. told me friday but could not tell me a time. i called AGAIN friday about 2 hrs till the end of day for them, AND STILL NOT DONE. I told them just keep the parts will will buy new ones. if it was a job that was too small or they didn't want to do fine. but they just B.S. people to give them your items , never do the job and keep the parts. that's my opinion. STAY AWAY. deal with them at your peril. read more
