Very difficult to communicate with. Will cancel your appointments and then send you an email…read moreletting you know, but then won't pick up the phone for you to reschedule. They use a middle eastern call center, but the employees there can only do a few things. I don't trust the system. Then there is a large white woman with red hair who always seems to be on the verge of chewing people out. Once she refused to help an elderly lady fill out paperwork, so a few other patients parents helped her. The hygienists are very nice though.

He did a great job and I had no pain afterwords. My regular dentist recommended another oral surgeon but after calling around I found his office wanted nearly $400 more than Dr. Cosby.

I first asked for better teeth and he had a attitude and said he didn't have time for me and that he was only worried about the patients that liked his work. He was always nice to me up until the day I didn't want to accept my teeth that were not straight. He said it was me and he wasn't going to take part for his. The women up front were really nice to me and understanding of the situation. They couldn't believe the way he had treated me. I don't believe I deserved to be yelled at and purposely made to feel embarrassed simply because I didn't like the way the teeth turned out. I gave the dentist two chances to get the teeth right, which is more than enough chances to get them right. All Mr. Collins had to do was listen and take the issues I had into account and fix them. But instead he lost his temper with me and called me names. He wouldn't even let me talk or get a word in edgewise. He made me feel very small and insignificant. He made it very clear that ot was his way or no way at all. Before today I had nothing but good things to say about him, but now that he's shown his true colors I think none to kindly of him.
