He wasn't supposed to be my original Dr. unfortunately the one that was assigned was on maternity leave, cool. Reschedule me, nope they did not. Day of procedure Dr. lang was there. On a visit when I was NOT scheduled to see Dr. Woolfolk, he inserted himself into a discussion inappropriately and aggressively, and yelled at me because I was dissatisfied and upset about his poor work and communication. He also advised us to get work done that I later found out was not required. I highly discourage anyone from selecting Dr. Woolfolk as your dentist. You may have to travel a few extra minutes to find another dental office, but you will be saving yourself a huge headache. (Apparently, Dr. Herring is his father-in-law which may be why they keep him around.)

I think that's the only time a dentist has ever called me at home and left me his personal cell phone number to make sure I'm ok! You just can't get that kind of customer service anywhere else. The only thing I wish was different is that they're not a Delta Dental preferred provider plan, although for major endodontic work (root canals) you actually end up paying 50% no matter which provider you use, so in the grand scheme of things I guess it doesn't matter. Like I said, you just can't get this kind of service anywhere else.

Unfortunately to my carelessness I got a dry socket from my 2nd extraction and Dr. Strachan has been absolutely amazing at helping me.
