He went in expecting them to be mounting two crowns on the implant they had done, per his provided treatment plan. To our surprise they said they had to cut him open for a second time to remove debris because they did not get it all the first time. After they opened him up they poked around a bit and then decided they didn't need to do anything after all and sewed him back up. I nearly came out of my skin! Then, when they said they were going to put on the crown, Ken questioned that it was supposed to be two crowns. He was then laughingly told that an implant isn't strong enough for two crowns. They then said he could of course have three crowns placed on two implants (more laughter). Afterwards I reviewed the copy of the medical records Ken requested and we discovered that there was a date and time stamp for when I witnessed this butchering, but all mention of the procedure appeared to have been deleted. Do they intend to deny what they did? The things I saw and heard in that office were terrifying and I would never use there services or recommend them! If they would do this to one person, wouldn't they do it to anyone? How many have they already?" Ken has reached out to them via email, snail mail and phone requesting an explanation for this and other issues but they refuse to reply. If you know anyone there would you ask them why they will not respond?

I had a cleaning this week, the day before my appointment, I received a reminder, call as well as the option to move my appointment to an earlier time. I really appreciated that! I haven't had any long waits prior to being called back to the exam room, over the past visits. The waiting room and exam rooms a clean and welcoming. I always feel very comfortable with my hygienist, she is very professional, thorough and friendly. My doctor is always in a pleasant and friendly mood. I have to say I do take good care of my teeth, so I only see him for a short visit, but he's always thorough and informative of the exam. I recommend this office for great care and service.

Every time I went for a visit there was a back and forth argument (even though they were in network) for them to go through my insurance and not bill me. Now I come to find out they've suddenly gone off network but failed to notify me! Now I'm stuck with a bill that I have to pay due to poor communication on their part. I also got stuck with a late fee from a previous bill (that wasn't covered in network) and I never even received a bill for that in the first place. Never going there again. Absolutely disgusting and petty how they treat patients. I'm done. Be warned.

This is another clinic branch of the Magnolia Hospital and is a teaching clinic. It can be a long…read morewait to be seen and I really wouldn't go so far as to say that it is worth the wait. I went specifically to get the physical therapy on my hip so I could get my mobility back. I never did get the therapy and as they put it, "nothing seems to be out of place. We will put you on some meds at low dose and come back in a week and we will up the dose and then you will come back in another week and we will increase the dose and monitor the progress on your pain management." I informed them I had already been on that medicine and it did me no good. They insisted I try again. After a couple of months working with this clinic I deteriorated to the point of almost complete immobility I stopped making appointments and weaned myself off the meds. I did visit a chiropractor (Dr. Alexanderhttp://www.yelp.com/biz/alexander-chiropractic-corinth-2 ) and after only one adjustment I had a great deal of use back in my hip. Within a couple weeks I was able to walk properly again and do it drug free. I don't know that I would recommend this clinic, as everyone's situation is different, but I would not be very enthusiastic if I were to talk about my experience with the doctors. The employees are all very nice and polite and that I can say with certainty.

A year ago I wrote a glowing review, but sadly shortly after that, things began to change. What…read morestarted out as a positive medical facility, where I trusted the doctors and staff has changed. Still have no complaints on Dr. Fullwood, or the lab tech, but the nurses and office staff have gone down in quality. To be fair some are fine, but several are very lazy and have attitudes. They don't make referrals or do things the doctor tells them to do, then lie and say they did. Other medical facilities contact them, yet Trinity says they didn't. One time another medical facility contacted them via FAX several times, but got no response. Trinity said we get too many faxes so we don't read them. They don't want to do anything more than see you on your visit. Don't ask questions, don't call, don't ask for records or referrals, they get irritated, and many times just ignore you. Then when they don't call and you call back, they claim they already called you and tell the doctor you're being a problem. If the doctor tells them to get you a referral, it will take months, in the meantime you might just try to get in to whatever doctor you need, because you will have already seen the doctor or had the test by the time they get around to referring you. Then there's the exams. The doctor is good, but they don't even have an EKG machine. Instead they try to use a phone app which never works. If you have to have some small treatment, the nurse may or not be able to do it, and will tell you to go home and do it yourself. Unfortunately this type of medical care is typical for this area, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
