I have been to several dentist upwards around 10 dentist in my adult life and of all the dentist I've experienced Dr. Strachan is my favorite. He cares about his patients and does every thing he can to make there visit as painless as possible. . Unfortunately to my carelessness I got a dry socket from my 2nd extraction and Dr. Strachan has been absolutely amazing at helping me. He has taken the time from his weekend to help me with my dry socket. He meets me at his office to repack the extraction site. I give Dr. Strachan (5 STARS). . . . He went in expecting them to be mounting two crowns on the implant they had done, per his provided treatment plan. To our surprise they said they had to cut him open for a second time to remove debris because they did not get it all the first time. After they opened him up they poked around a bit and then decided they didn't need to do anything after all and sewed him back up. I nearly came out of my skin! Then, when they said they were going to put on the crown, Ken questioned that it was supposed to be two crowns. He was then laughingly told that an implant isn't strong enough for two crowns. They then said he could of course have three crowns placed on two implants (more laughter). Afterwards I reviewed the copy of the medical records Ken requested and we discovered that there was a date and time stamp for when I witnessed this butchering, but all mention of the procedure appeared to have been deleted. Do they intend to deny what they did? The things I saw and heard in that office were terrifying and I would never use there services or recommend them! If they would do this to one person, wouldn't they do it to anyone? How many have they already?" Ken has reached out to them via email, snail mail and phone requesting an explanation for this and other issues but they refuse to reply. If you know anyone there would you ask them why they will not respond?

They are always courteous, cheerful and helpful. Blake has been wonderful in helping us all with our different issues. He is so very caring and truly wants to help heal. His approach with us has been to tackle our issues as naturally as possible. Lifestyle changes along with certain medications for a "season" to get us back on track. We nor he wants to see us on a pill if we don't have to be. Blake is so easy to talk to. I have met very few with such a great bedside manner.
