I took my Hilti te60 down to Scotts tool repair this morning. We had a conversation about what might be the problem and I was told it might be about two hundred dollars to fix. No problem. I explained that if anything else was out of the ordinary just go ahead and bring it to the best condition possible. After about four hours I got a call that my tool was done and I was only charged ninety dollars. It was just a faulty wire inside. It would have been very easy to do all the work we talked about and charged me accordingly, I would have never known.
