However, at my last visit when they were supposed to set my appointment up with my regular dentist to get the implant, they couldn't reach him and told me they would call me next week. I never heard from anybody. I called every week for five weeks and never got a return call. When I finally reached the receptionist, I was told I already had the abutment... Which I knew was incorrect because that's what I was supposed to go to my dentist for, but she was insistent that she was right and I was wrong. She also kept telling me that they had already sent my release to my dentist and they were finished with me.I had to call my dentist to get the correct information. I was told they had never gotten a release from Okc-oms and I did not have my abutment. Apparently the receptionist does not know what's going on and does not know how to find out .
