I rearranged my schedule to be off work and even removed all of the furniture from my room. The installer never called to tell me that I was taken off for the day due to his schedule. I had to call the store to find out that he was not coming. I felt that I was not an important customer. I live in Grove, OK. I had to pay a deposit in advance to order the carpet. Maybe you should be told that you are not a priority if you live out of town before you spend money. I am not happy with this store. I got no apology, just was told there was nothing that could be done but wait my turn whenever that would be. Maybe this will help someone else who wants to deal with these people.

Horrible experience. It keeps getting worse. We had our floor and shower tiled a few weeks ago. We…read morejust installed a door so we have not been using the shower so I am just now seeing some of the problems. We just noticed that the plumbing is installed upside down. We have at least 2 hollow tiles where the grout is coming up already. The job took 2 weeks which seems like a long time to me. The plumber that they sent out seemed to be on something. We had to hire another plumber to fix a leak they he caused. The tile job itself is sloppy. There are too many small issues to mention.The whole job looks like a DIY project. That is why we hired someone to do it and didn't do it ourselves, to keep it from looking like a 5 year old did it. Even at the beginning they tried to over charge us for the material. Then when we complained they took some money off some areas of the bill but added to other areas. My husband had to go get that worked out. They were short on material and had to use our extra tile that we had from another job. At this point it would take tearing everything out and starting over to fix everything that is wrong.
