The one who I read had openings was not my first choice, so I was led to believe that another doctor, whose online bio appealed to me, would be shown the form I filled out and I'd get a response. So, I never got a response. I called in June to remind her and was told "the doctor was on vacation" blah blah blah. She promised she would show the doctor my inquiry and I'd hear back either way. This didn't happen. That conversation was on June 5th and it is now over a month later. I give up on this practice. How can you be offering "concierge" medicine which is supposed to devote extra time to patients and completely ignore a potential new patient who is willing to jump in and pay the practice MONTHLY whether being seen or not? Ugh.

The nurse was efficient, and Dr. Kasik might be one of the nicest doctors I've been to! She was attentive and approachable, and really took the time to get to know me, understand my health history, and listen to/address all the concerns I'd been having recently. Dr. Kasik either did something or provided recommendations/printouts for each and every one of them. I really appreciated this. She listened to my issues and took action right there to help me (none of which involved jumping to suggesting medication right away - instead offered advice regarding stretches, exercises, and diet where necessary). I did have some waiting time throughout the appointment because it seemed to be a busy day in the office, but it was worth it for my appointment here. I obviously can't comment on the other doctors here because I haven't seen any of them, but from my experience, I definitely recommend the office and Dr. Kasik!

We came home from vacation and after two weeks of various water activities in the pool and ocean, my daughter was in severe pain with a double ear infection. Fever of 103 and miserable. The unfortunate thing also about tubes is that you cannot use regular preventative drops. There are only a few you can use and they are prescription. It took 8 days to clear up they were so severe, and that means all night trying to keep a child comfortable. What was even more annoying is that his associate when I called prescribed drops that were too harsh for her and she would scream. After days of this, we went to a new ENT who was very annoyed that ENT's do not think in preventative care for children with tubes in their ears, and would prescribe drops that strong for a 4 year old. To say the least, we have switched docs. Unfortunately, I feel the association has done a doosy here as my friend's son also now has an ear infection who has tubes after receiving the same advice from her ENT.
