Additionalky, they lied to me about the wait time in the e/r (2 hours, haha) and in general were not professional. The transportation staff and imaging techs at the hospital were very efficient and professional. The nursing staff was top-notch, but unfortunately were stuck working under a less than competent doctor. I came in for a car accident and was in severe pain. The doctor did not seem to have a handle on just how much pain i was in an gave me 1000 mg of tylenol and a lidocaine patch, which did absolutely nothing to alleviate my very severe pain. since my pain was due to muscle injuries from the seat belt, the attending didn't take my situation seriously as there were no broken bones. She gave me a cervical collar that was way too big and when i got sick of asking for a new one, they replaced it with another ill fitting cervical collar. The doctor seemed extremely inexperienced and didnt give me adequate pain relief until i let out a scream when they tried to get me to lay flat for a ct scan with contrast. At that point they administered fentynel, but couldnt they have given me pain relief sooner so i could have avoided fentynel? I asked for a strongef medication than tylenol, and im sure tgey coukd have given me tramadol or tylenol 3 ir something besides fentylnel. I was never asked by the doctor for any medical history before administration of this controversisl drug. Never asked if i had sleep apnea, which with fentynel could have proven detrimental, possibly fatal. Additionally, it was almost 14 hours since i had eaten, as the accident occurred when i was enroute to dinner with my friend. I was not given the opportunity to eat until 11 pm, although i was in the e/r since 6:45. I was discharged close to midnight and given my level of pain, i should have been kept overnight for observation. Now i know small town hospitals havetere challeges, but alot of what i am concerned about just goes to a normal standard of care. I am very disappointed in my doctor. Dr. F has literally been a Godsend for me. He's the only chiropractor that's ever actually taken…read morethe time to listen to all my back problems and communicate with me about the best ways to treat them with accuracy. I came to him 8 months postpartum with little to no movement in my right hip, excruciating shoulder pain, and multiple herniated discs. He has completely changed my hips to where now I can hold my son on my right hip!!! He not only adjusts, and stretches my body, but he's also extremely knowledgeable about the body. He was able to read an extensive MRI report to me with accuracy and so where I could understand it. My orthopedic doctor wasn't even able to read it right (I have a very uncommon disc injury in the thoracic region). He also took the time to let me know that it would be cheaper to pay out of pocket than use my insurance, (which MOST places won't tell you) which I very much appreciated. He always collects payment prior to the adjustment, so I never have to worry about any surprise bills coming in the mail. He's extremely flexible with my busy schedule and will reschedule same day or next day in a hart beat. I will always trust Dr. F's judgment and expertise. Never going to anyone else again for adjustments. Highly recommend. I go to the Quakertown office but he also has a Doylestown one too.

While I appreciate his willingness to conduct thorough testing, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I received an overwhelming number of supplement recommendations--over a million it seemed. It is stipulated in any search that an over whelming amount of supplements is NOT GOOD ! I do get because he is a nurse Practitioner he is limited to the amount of money he could make therefore all these supplements recommendations definitely supplement his income. Example: The 1st prescription was Plaque X specific to the high Calcium score which is what I originally went there for, which turned out to be an astonishing $7,000. Unfortunately, after following his protocol and undergoing another calcium score test, my results worsened instead of improving. He recommended a bowl test for stomach health which actually was $200 and he charged me $800. In supplements alone I spent about $700. Additionally, when I mentioned wanting to lose weight and discussed with him about taking some type of Semi glutted which is like Ozempic he decided to prescribe thyroid medication without a comprehensive evaluation. He felt my thyroid was low but it has always been low most of the time. This decision proved problematic; the medication caused severe spikes in my blood pressure & heart rate to go sky rocket that required hospitalization. Thankfully, once I stopped taking it, my condition returned to normal. While I believe he had good intentions in trying to help me achieve better health outcomes, the approach felt haphazard and overwhelming. Furthermore, the staff at his office not only lacked professionalism but also demonstrated a noticeable lack of empathy--especially his wife. Its all about money with the wife. Garcia would want to talk about something and she would come in and almost drag him out. Never mine Sunshine at the front desk. She always looks like she has a chip on her shoulder. In conclusion, while Magdiel Garcia may have valuable knowledge and intentions to assist patients like myself, it's crucial for him to adopt a more measured and patient-centered approach. Have you ever sat through a timeshare sales presentation? Well, that is exactly what this was like. Lots of copies or articles praising himself and DCA and criticizing us for her having back surgery over 20 years ago. The entire 50 minute evaluation (sales presentation) consisted of scare tactics against surgery or delayed treatment and lots of self-admiration. Finally, after about 40 minutes of high pressure sales tactics and the self-glamorization, he stated the cost would be 10K with 1.2 K covered by our insurance. Then came the final blow for me. Dr. Losagio said... "But This offer is only good for 72 hours". I laughed and said, "Do you sell Time Shares Too?" He replied angriy with, "I guess this meeting is over". I said, "Works for me" and walked out. My wife stayed behind to hear the rest of the sales pitch. He offered 4 payment plans and then told her "Due to the three day holiday you have until noon today to decide. What is truly a shame is that his services may in fact have been able to help my wife. We might have even considered the out of pocket expense to avoid or postpone another surgery. However, once a time limit is placed on making a decision, one has to question not only the tactics but the quality of treatment itself.

Three years with never an issue, except for the times I'd have to see one practioner in particular... but we'll get to her. The doctor himself- I'd give four stars. Great personality and bedside manner. For the most part, never had a problem... except for that one time I was in *bonus* pain for three months due to nerve damage that was done during a procedure, to which was acknowledged and should be in my file. Also, you will see the doctor for your initial appointment and procedures. Other than that there's no possible way to see or talk to him. The reception staff- Not bad. BUT when they feel they *need* to deceive, they will. I had called them every time I saw that practitioner to complain about her. They'd switch me to someone else but I'd still in the long run always have to see Lori Quick... The practitioners- The doc usually keeps two in the office, one is consistent, the others not so much and it's apparent why. I got a long with every practitioner I saw. All offered different options and suggestions. Patches for pain, meds, referrals, injections done in office... although I've recently discovered that the practitioners have NO training to do injections. Lori Quick is the only one who absolutely did not want to help me. She is a very unkind and insensitive, and a down right mean person. She seems to have had some odd issue with me from day one. And I feel that some kind of prejudice was done. Plain and simple, I never, at any point, felt comfortable being under Lori Quick's care ... despite her being in pain management for over thirty years! She was always having me get these injections, I fee like she just didn't know what to suggest! The last practitioner that came and went eluded to bullying in the office by people whose "goal wasn't to help people", according to her. She also stated that she "did not fit in". There were things that all of the practitioners did for me to help in some real ways, whereas, Lori just tells you there's nothing that can be done. Nothing? And she never followed up in to what was in my notes from previous appointments. She never did any tests, I'd have to get my PCP to order tests that Lori wanted me to get... INCONVENIENT! And then she'd never follow up on the results. At my last appointment with her I tried desperately to advocate for myself as I'm in serious pain. She made some comments about how it was so "generous" of her to give me certain meds... and she likes to hold them over your head. She did not care for me advocating for myself and basically refused to help me anymore. So I left the practice. Spoke with PCP and she finally gave me a diagnosis. A diagnosis what wasn't figured out by Valley Pain's doing... a diagnosis that means you are not supposed to be getting procedure upon procedure, and be on multiple meds three times a day. OH and if you leave, they won't quite leave you alone after that.... My goal- I want, even if it's just one person, to take my review to heart and try somewhere else. Pain is difficult. On top of having pain, I am very stressed and suffering severe mental anguish from this. **Go where's trusted (LVHN has pain management!) and has the better reviews!
