Then I was told my skin was " dehydrated" and offered two anti-aging treatments for $550 and $450. I wasn't even given the option of the facial. The aesthetician, when doing extractions, didn't bother to check my chin for clogged pores, and there are multitudes there! I found her answers to my questions, like how long does the post-needling pain last, cagey and evasive, eg. it depends! (When I said "what's the longest it has ever lasted," she said, "it depends!") Her manner was distracted and careless. The massage was one of the clunkiest I've ever gotten. I kept asking the masseuse to slow down but she didn't seem to know how to; she just went lighter but kept up the frantic pace, bumping into me the whole time. Not a relaxing experience. I'd suggest sensitive clients look elsewhere.
