Dr. Jeff Myers is excellent and takes a no nonsense approach to adjusting me back to health. I went to see him since I was suffering with both lower and upper back problems. The pain was strong-dull and my left hand was numb constantly. After the first visit I started to feel relief and felt almost back to normal after the fourth visit. I'm now going once every other week and will soon be once a month. He's got great table side manners and always has a smile on his face. By the end, she had worked out so much of my tightness and knots, my shoulders laid completely flat. Wow. I hadn't even realized it was that bad. And the whole thing was so pleasant and relaxing. She is no longer at Duda, but I have happily followed her to her new space in Greenland. Before Elizabeth, I had only ever experienced a few professional massages in my life, often infrequently. Since Elizabeth, I consider massages important and necessary. Her rates are competitive ($75/hour) - better than they were when she was at the Duda ($90/hour) - and I see her as often as I can afford. Every time I see her, I have a great and comfortable experience and leave feeling better than I arrived. I literally walk out able to put my shoulders down. Also- while maybe not the most important thing to point out, I have to comment on how soft her sheets are. They are extraordinarily soft. So soft that once after my massage, I crept around the entire table going through all the edges of the sheets looking for a tag so I could go find sheets like those for my bed at home. Alas, they only make them in massage table sizes. On a more useful note, I have very sensitive skin and am extremely sensitive to smells. Whatever Elizabeth uses, I've never had a reaction.
