My case was passed off to a KATIE TAIT COPELAND 210 South 3rd street |Gadsden, Alabama 35901 (205)-983-8122 I received a Holiday post card from Attorney Katie Copelands (Shunarrah attorney ) office. I contacted Katie Copeland for information on my case only to be met with clicking keys & shuffling paperwork & "I'm not familiar with your case" This attorney Katie Copeland of Gadsden Alabama next sent me a Certified letter dropping my case. I remind you NOT ONE CALL FROM THIS OFFICE From 08/25/23 Only one holiday post card stating "Thank you for trusting my office & staff to help you with your case. We hope you have a Merry Christmas Warm Regards Katie Taft Copeland & Staff" The certified letter stated Unfortunately, I am writing this letter to inform you we must decline any further representation of you in that potential claim. Regrettably ( not stating why just a laundry list of reasons) I would not suggest Katie T Copeland. I found out today that the insurance company handing my claim had declined my case a year earlier, by the insurance company Galkeger Bassit which I never received from Shunnarrah or Copeland leaving me just a couple months to resolve my case due to Statue of limitations in Alabama FedEx took responsibility of my accident giving me a claim number and necessary information, (FedEx employee in training left a package on my stoop with no notification right in front of my 1stair stoop, went to check my mail I tripped over the 15 pound package, banged my head & ripping my rotor cuff requiring surgery) I reached out to the insurance company myself where I also got the run around until today. I did a DuckDuckGo search & after calling now for two weeks I find out that GBGO Galkeger Bassit Company has an app my case is getting reopened & finally I'm hoping to be reimbursed for medical bills, PT, medication and pain and suffering. NEVER TRUST AN ATTORNEY THAT ISN'T HANDLING YOUR CASE PERSONALLY & I WOULD NEVER LOOK TO SHANNARAH FOR A CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY. This Ponzi scheme type attorney practices are shameful, lazy & not personable.
