Polite to an extent, but also acted like they didn't know what to do and confused. They had no direction, asked US for help and placement of children. They we're late! Had no idea how to follow a plan or schedule. We first took photos outside. 1. It was HOT. The SUN was IN OUR FACES. The poor children were squinting. Not until I advised them to do it inside. 2. They were late 3. Unorganized Inside the next day They still have no organization. We had a teacher help them pose and direct the line of children to go next. A few weeks later we receive the papers which we have to individually send to each parent with a specific link and password. Guess what, more than half the links don't have any photos! It is a complete nightmare. Do not choose for school photos.
