I really try to see the best in a business but In this case, I just cant. This is my third time working with a title company (first time with this branch) and I would rather drive an hour away than risk it over here. We told him it's too late and to come back to the open house tomorrow from 11 am - 3pm. He refused and kept insisting to wait for his client. We said no and went into our house. He comes up knocks on the door and refuses to take no for an answer. Then his clients show up at 3:40. So I said fine, go ahead and look at the house. These 2 construction men came in and were just measuring everything, taking their sweet time. Then I was telling the men about all the upgrades my husband and I had done. I told them we had copper pipe replaced in the bathrooms. He said basically I was a liar and stupid because our house sits on a slab. I said it was replaced "above ground." (moron) These men obviously looked down on me because I am a woman. After they left, they stayed parked in front of my home for 20 minutes shooting the breeze or whatever and just staring straight into my house. I thought they would never leave. Then when my sons came home, the 3 men were giving my sons dirty looks. They just kept staring at us through our big picture window. It was very rude!! I would never sell my house to these kinds of rude men! This was the Reality One in Pleasanton, ca, not Fremont.

Sue had made sure we were in constant communication with her, Valerie and Kathy.  The scheduling of everything that needed to get done in the house was mind blowing how on top of it all this team was!!! Everything got done within a FAST hectic craycray week, all their helpers/workers were fast, very polite, very professional, and conscientious. I realize this is a long review, but if you are looking to work with this agent, Ms. Haus or her now business partner, Mr. Cain, I suggest you read this review in its entirety. Would you buy a home from a realtor that represented you and the seller who then failed to disclose that the seller she was also representing, was her boyfriend? Clearly the answer is no. Unfortunately, Jennifer Haus, our former realtor did just that. My wife and I worked with Ms. Haus to purchase our home in Danville, CA from the initial offer which took place in June, 2016. We met Ms Haus after touring the home on an open house, because she was the realtor representing the buyer of our now home. We did not have an agent at the time, so Ms Haus represented us as a dual agent for both ourselves and the seller. We hired a professional home inspector as well as had the pool inspected for standard issues a pool inspector looks for, when representing a buyer. During final walk throughs, the seller did less than adequate repair of items, including sanding/grinding the tops of doors to ensure they did not stick and ultimately damaging the doors in the process. Our realtor, Ms Haus appeared to be appalled when we pointed these items out during a walk through and led us to believe that she would take it up with the seller. The seller later, at the close of the home, sent us a check for far less than the damages he caused for our trouble to make it go away. Within the first couple of months, issues such as door grinding and noticeable cracks in both our granite kitchen counters and walls became apparent and naturally concerning. As we were told that there were external contractors who did work in this home, we reached out to Ms Haus to get the names of previous contractors who worked in the home, only to be met with the comments like, "Sorry, (the seller) doesn't have that information," or "That's the joys of home ownership, you aren't a renter anymore." Needless to say, both responses were not appreciated. In the Fall of 2016, we had our first rain and that is where the problems began. In that first rain, which was not anything out of the ordinary, our a good portion of our backyard was entirely under water. That has continues to occur each and every time there is rain of any significance. We learned, from conversations with neighbors, that the home has had systemic drainage issues for many years. Something we now have to assume the realtor and seller knew about. This is ultimately going to now cost my wife and I dearly to rectify and that is not even the worst of it. After those issues began arising, and shortly after we moved into our home, we learned that Ms Haus was actually the girlfriend, and as of today, wife of the seller, her now business partner Mr. R. Cain, and that she stayed in the home regularly. Ms Haus, as our representing realtor, although having many opportunities to do so, failed to disclose their relationship. If we had know that, I would not have allowed her to represent my and I wife while she represented her boyfriend. Both Ms. Haus and Mr. Cain not only did not disclose the issues with this home but they failed to disclose the status of their relationship. We have filed a formal complaints against both our realtor and her now partner and are awaiting to resolve this case. We initially attempted to mediate this matter, only to find that they were not only not remorseful in any respect, but took the position it was none of our business. We certainly disagree. My wife and I put everything we have into this home, and since we purchased it, our dream of raising our children in this neighborhood, has turned into a complete nightmare.

Rob & Jen sold our house despite some unexpected obstacles and unseen situations. But they handled the entire process very smoothly and were with us every step of the way helping us through the uncertainty but staying strong and calm for us . They respected our decisions and listened to our opinions, motivating us and encouraging us yet never being overly aggressive or pushy. They were extemely patient and respectful and gave us all the time we needed to think and rethink and never pushed us to hasten things. We couldnt have found better Real Estate agents than them and we thank God for making us bump into Rob at an open house
