I don't think Chris was prepared to have two people that were so detail oriented as my wife (a fashion designer) and I. We wanted someone who could execute our exact vision for our new home, one which we had planned out for over a year. Not only did he rise to the occasion to catch our unique design ethos (think contemporary, Oriental, and Vaastu--an Eastern Indian form of design principles similar to Feng Shui, with a huge smattering of Frank Lloyd Wright), but through his expertise was able to bring to the table great solutions to problems that kept within the design framework as well as the budget. The work was completed well, and I'm happy with the outcome. When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work!
