That's advanced Waffle House for the uninitiated. The pecan waffle (essential!) was dessert and it was delicious. GET THE PECANS. If you are from up North, pecans are southern and the pecan is OURS! Waffle House is SOUTHERN and I will pit it against any diner serving this kind of food in the country. I happen to love the Waffle House near me. It's a perfect distance in case of emergency. Today the place was a well oiled machine. I recommend coming when it's packed and on the weekends. That seems to be the time when it's at its best. This place is clean enough and well lit on the latest of evenings. Don't get me wrong, the freaks are here when it's late late but during the day, it's great for the family!
