Had them replace belt on my 16 harleys. When I got it back the pin holding my floorboard for the…read morepassenger was missing. Called them to see what we could do to fix it, told me they didn't remove that part and it wasn't their problem. The pin is not a big deal but they didn't even offer to help me get a replacement. Not good customer service in my opinion.
