My husband got a peach smoothie. He said it tasted like a popsicle. It was so good. There's lots of seating available. It's super spacious and clean. It's a great place to work or study. When asking about the various bagels (being the first time there), the obviously miserable counter person pointed at the small card with 20 bagel descriptions and made a noise that indicated she thought I was a moron and was supposed to have cased her busy counter to spot all of the bagel details on a tiny laminated card before I ordered. Sadly, after I posted my review to Google Maps, their quick response was "So sorry, come again and we'll do a better job next time." Riiiggghht! I think first impressions are accurate.
