We have had very many rude encounters with the staff, although our more recent visits have been better. Maybe they've hired some kinder people. One of the most frustrating things is how skimpy they are with their drinks. I ask for no foam on my latte - so instead of frothing the milk less, they scoop out a full inch of foam and leave me with a 3/4 full drink. Not what I paid for. Or they ignore me and put 2 inches of foam on top. There is no in between, and it has happened every single time I've come here (10+ visits in the past 2 months). When my husband asks for less ice in his iced drinks, they either ignore his request and fill the cup absolutely full of ice, OR they put a few ice cubes but only fill the drink 2/3 full. I understand they're trying to save margins, but really? It's already a $6 drink, you can't spare 3 extra ounces? There is a decent rewards program when you download the app. Just scan before paying and you rack up points pretty quickly. They also have "double smile days" where you can get double points, just like Starbucks. However, for quality of drinks and friendliness of staff, I'd much rather go to Starbucks. Hopefully they can get some of the kinks worked out, or we won't be coming here any more. We keep giving them chances, but we're often disappointed.

She remembered my name after only one time. I came back in for a second visit and she said, "Hey James!" It blew my mind (and I made it a major point to remember her name since she set the standard). I have tried several items so far and nothing has disappointed me yet. It's also got a super cool, eclectic vibe. Diane's heart is all about ministry. She loves the customers and expresses a desire to pray for them as well. It's such a great experience. I highly recommend this place!

The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food is always fresh. I truly appreciated the woman that took my order. She was the perfect example of what a manager would pray their staff acted like. She was very friendly, accommodating to my lengthy TikTok order, made small talk, etc. She told me she loved working at this location, but was driving nearly an hour commute just to do so, so she only had two weeks left there. Talk about a loss. No matter who is taking your order, if you haven't tried it since it is fairly new in the area, you definitely should!
