Scooteria Sydney: "Stanmore" As a professional salesman for over 25 years I am thick skinned when it comes to dealing with the every day consumer, and I am skeptical when it comes to reviews I have read on most places - because "unfortunately" the majority of reviews posted alleged negative situations they claim to have had experienced at a particular hotel, restaurant, or motorbike / scooter dealer, like "Scooteria Sydney" for example. Personally, I am a very picky and "tough customer to please" and I have posted reviews on just about every experience I have had over the years. My experience in dealing with Scooteria, particularly dealing with the sales man Steve from the first telephone call I made, to my first visit at the dealership in Stanmore N.S.W., was nothing short of an excellent, professional, and genuine experience. He was very informative, not pushy, and he also addressed my wife with any questions she may have had. I ended up buying a white 2015 Vespa GTS300 Sport, with many accessories and top of the line helmets. I was given a great discount to boot - without pushing for one. when I picked up my bike, Steve spent almost an hour going over safety and service features, and I was very pleased. In April of 2016 I had my first service, and regretfully my very expensive lock box was brokne and i felt it was a warranty issue. Although the accessory was far beyond the expiry period, the staff at Scooteria pushed for a new replacement - and to my delight I received a cal from the head mechanic and got a brand new upgraded lock box replaced and installed at no charge. I piked up my Vespa on May 10th 2016, and Steve (my sales guy) had polished the entire bike - and it gleamed like new. I would highly recommend this dealer and the staff to anyone looking to spend $2K to $12k and i guarantee you will NOT be disappointed. I shopped around several places for a scooter and everywhere else (as a woman) I was patronised continually, there are only so many "luvs" and "darls" I can take. However at Scooteria the boys were brilliant, super helpful, let me ride every type of Vespa and offered me $500 less than Action Motorcycles; who told me I wouldn't get a Vespa cheaper than their price. Scooteria offered me that price without even having to negotiate. I've since gone back and had my scooter serviced which was quick, simple and very reasonably priced. Their Go Go Gear LA clothing is the best riding gear around and I tell anyone who wants to buy a scooter not to go anywhere else. 5 out of 5 stars. read more

Showroom is small but fairly well presented. Found the salesperson quite poor - reluctant to give a test ride and talked down to me. Ended up purchasing elsewhere. read more
