The salesman at scooter Tribe sold a 4 wheeler with a warning sticker on it stating no children under 16 should be aloud to ride it to my friend after he asked what to purchase for an 8 year old child. My friend asked about that warning sticker and the salesman stated that's just something the manufacturers have to put on there to protect themselves if a child is injured. These people will say anything to make a sale regardless if it's unsafe for your children. So the 4 wheeler makes it home to the garage, I see warning sticker and call the following day to ask to return 4 wheeler as I don't trust my 8 year old child to ride safely. I was told by manager that they sepe alot of their customers suffer from buyers remorse and that all sales are final. They refuse to take back 4 wheeler even though it wasn't used at all. Be careful making purchases, or believing what they tell you just so they can make a sale. We even offered to trade 4 wheeler in for a moped for an adult and they still refused to help us. I wouldn't recommend shopping with people like that ever. read more

If I could give less than a star, I would. Maybe like a negative -10 star to be exact. Purchased a $2000+ moped over 2 months ago. Since then, we began with delivery issues. Never delivered as promised and of course arrived late. Every time I try to call, nobody EVER answers the phone! Nobody knows shit about customer service at this place. I could run circles around everyone I've dealt with. It's been over 2 months since our purchased and never received a Manual for it, nor have we ever received a title for it for which I had 30 days to get it registered from time of purchase as we bought a 150cc moped. They loss out on a 2nd purchase, had we'd been treated correctly. The owner is never there who's name we found out is Jonathan Kerr. I can't even get his number because nobody answers the phone!!! They claim they mailed it along with our manual but we have not received shit at this time! Now they claim they have to request a duplicate title and lord only knows how much longer this will take. Meanwhile, penalty fees keep piling up on the Department of Motor Vehicle side since I am unable to register it! If I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy another Moped from this place ever again even if they sold it for a nickel! Customer service sucks Royal ASS! read more

Bought a $1700 Lander ATV in Feb 2023; have had to take it in 4 times for repairs due to the machine not starting within 2 days of it working. Battery replaced twice and issues continue. Each repair averages more than $150 each time, with no recognition by Scoot Tribe of the poor quality of the work and the machine. read more

if I could give a minus star rating I would. I took my scooter in to have some work done last week f the first time and they got it done without much of an issue. I pi it up and got a half mile from the sho and my scooter died. I had to push it off of college avenue before someone hit me. I immediately called scooter tried to come and get the scooter to look and see what the problem was they refused they said it was late and they wouldn't pick it up I called the next day again oh well we're busy week we don't do this we don't do that a week later I brought it in someone help me pick it up and I brought it to scooter tribe and they sat there and told me the mechanic wouldn't work on my scooter again on believable poor service I do not recommend these people don't have them touch your bikes. read more

I called this place and talked to a guy named Jacob.told me he had a Zuma that ran and I could leave with it for 800$ out the door. So when I arrived ,the zuma needed a fuel pump. He could of saved me a trip, and then trued to sell me a bike that wouldn't even start for a thousand fifty, , I had read bad reviews about this place but didn't believe it, but it's real. This place is a joke! We purchased a Bintelli Beast from them right around a year ago. It has been nothing but problems. Two weeks after it was purchased we had it in the shop for the first time for general maintenance, an oil leak and it just wasn't idling right. It would die at stoplights and sometimes it would refuse to restart. We took it to them and when we picked it up a couple of weeks later, they went through a list of things that they did to it as well as the oil change. It was still having trouble idling and it just went downhill from there. We purchased their maintenance plan when we purchased it, as was required. So when they tried to charge us a couple of hundred dollars we were shocked! We had only had it a month and there was no way what they were asked to repair was not included. From there it was in the shop more than it was out. It had a gas leak that had us afraid to park it in the garage. We have two small children and the fumes would fill the house while we were gone to work. We took it back to them to fix repeatedly and they still haven't gotten it right. The seal on the LED display that shows speed, gas, mileage, etc was evidently broken when we bought it, letting in moisture and slowly frying the display. They tried to tell us it was because we left it outside, which we don't, its been garage kept! They left it outside while they had it to repair it two weeks after we purchased it and refuse to fix it! Then the bolt for the muffler busted off in the bike and the muffler started separating at one end. The muffler issue melted the motor casing, which they refused to fix stating that it was just cosmetic. They said they were going to cover the muffler replacement under the warranty, that was in August and here we are in April of the next year and we still haven't gotten it back. They have also never provided us with the title for it, even though they have said repeatedly that they were ordering a new one since it seems to have gotten lost. Then yesterday we called to check on it and was told it was ready. When he got there to pick it up, there were hoses hanging that should've been bolted up, they broke the tail light unloading it and had not repaired it, and to top it off they still had not removed the bolt to the muffler that was busted off so it was only secured by one bolt! And they're mechanic tried to tell him that it was safe to ride like that! On top of all the issues, we have had with the bike/scooter we have had nothing but issues with the people as well. Yes, they have been friendly and the original person that we purchased from was knowledgable. But they have lied to us repeatedly about fixing issues. Months after we paid it off we had their new manager calling trying to say that we owed on it still! Evidently he was trying to go off of an excel sheet that had not been maintained instead of looking in their system. Their "mechanic" has no clue what he is doing and is not certified in any way. I do NOT recommend this company in any way shape or form. Run as far away from them as you can! Go buy a well-known brand from a company that is not ran by children who have no clue what they are doing. read more
