I was so frantic because I couldn't find the place I had to have left 6 messages. when it looked like no one was home we decided to head home. A little after we got home my cell wrong. it was Tracy! she was the sweetest woman I'd ever talked to! she had the perfect kitty for me and when we saw her I fell in love immediately. Tracy was so kind and went through everything. I even got to meet her Stud muffin who was huge! Then she brought over one of her moms. She was absolutely beautiful!!! The cats were clean their fur shiny! She has a beautiful home that was spotless. I could find one spec of dust. The kitties were all very friendly including my new baby Sabine. We're Disney nuts and we love Star Wars. Sabine crawled right into my arms and snuggled in. she refused to be kept separate so she's already exploring and this morning I went to hunt for her so she could meet my dad and I found her curled up asleep under my dresser. She wasn't used to my overly friendly dog but she wanted to sleep with us. So there she slept. She's been having so much fun cuddling and prancing all over the house. You can 100% trust Tracy and Hudson Valley Maine Coons! She asks that you make an appointment first. If I had done that I would have had the house number and Google Maps wouldn't have gotten us lost for 90 minutes. I love this breeder! I had lost my Maine Coon a few months before finding Tracy, and when I met her and saw the kittens, I was immediately taken aback; not only by the instant connection I felt with one of the kittens, but by how kind, compassionate and caring Tracy was from our very first conversation. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and made me feel heard, understood, and supported in my search for my next kitten baby. Every kitten I met was absolutely stunning, healthy, and soooo sociable! Tracy was more than happy to answer every question I had and took the time to show me all of the health testing that had been done, as well as the pedigrees spanning multiple generations. Her transparency, knowledge, and dedication to her cats gave me complete confidence! I never felt for even a moment like anything was being hidden or that Tracy was not forthcoming with information. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, especially because I was initially very hesitant about going through a breeder. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracy, the communication we shared throughout the process, and the continued care and support she has shown even after I brought my kitten home. It's clear that she genuinely loves every kitten she raises and wants the very best for them and their families. We had been thinking of using a mobile cleaning service for some time and after doing some research and reading reviews decided to give Roaming Rover a try. We weren't disappointed. Laura, the owner took our initial call and was super professional and informative. Our groomer, Hagar, arrived on time and did a great job with both our girls. She took her time, making sure no detail was missed. We were especially fond of how well their nails were trimmed - short and rounded off. The best they've ever been done. My wife was also able to stay in the van to add to their feeling of security. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them without reservation.

I was greeted by an angry owner who berated me for being late and wanted to argue after I mentioned I couldn't find a trash can visibly. She wanted to me to walk into community dumpster which I wasn't sure I could use. After being yelled at I took me and my dog back home after driving thirty minutes to get there. She quickly ascertained that these lumps (due to fatty deposits) are common in older dogs, which was a great relief for which I wasn't overcharged! Beyond that, the good doctor and her personable staff are very helpful, gentle, and patient with my somewhat skittish, rescue dog (who has calmed down enough so that she no longer needs a muzzle). Unlike another local vet, I am also allowed to stay with her throughout the examination, and that gives me immense peace of mind. Highly recommended!
