After 90 minutes it was apparent that they were leaving and without completing all the aspects of the $350 job bid. Dave said that the work they did was fair. $230 an hour for mowing, weeding and some hedge trimming!! I wanted to discuss what was covered in the bid but the son would not say anything while the angry Dave was speaking. I refused to pay unless the work was done.
