I can tell a noticeable difference in when I pick her up from Happy Dogs compared to when I have picked her up from other places in the past! I really appreciated that small bit of communication. It made me more relaxed handing over my two fur babies to a new stranger. It had been 3 months since our 2 dogs had been groomed, usually it's a once a month date with the groomer. They came back to us looking like a million bucks. They looked and smelled great. I felt the prices were right, but the customer service team at the front desk needed to be a bit friendlier in my eyes. The girls seem a bit distracted and forgetful.
