She gets really anxious around new people and other dogs, but Happy Dogs makes her feel welcome & at ease! They have helped her to come out of her shell & she loves being able to play with other puppers at the groomers! When I come to pick her up she never wants to leave! I can tell a noticeable difference in when I pick her up from Happy Dogs compared to when I have picked her up from other places in the past! They always do a great job with her hair cut & they put bows and a bandana on her! Can you beat that?!? We drive from Lexington to come here & will never go anywhere different! I love how they text us and remind us of our appointments & will let Millie stay a little over if needed! Extremely accommodating & always so kind! AND you get an ADORABLE picture of your pet! The ferrets and other animals (Rabbits, chincillas) are kept in very poor conditions to. The ferrets have poop all over their enclosure and the bunnies have pee all over their poor feet.

I waited for about 15-20 minutes went and looked around met ANOTHER service dog at the front she looked super mean but was very friendly the owner explained her job atleast she didnt bark at us and she ignored my sweet boy as we was checking out Alex went OUTSIDE TO SMOKE! My first trip there, Koda had some bad Matts on his legs and Alex was very patient with helping gets his hair back to a healthy state! His fur has NEVER been so soft since we became regulars with her. She even helped me pick out appropriate brushes to help with at home since My current brush wasn't help keeping his Matts away. She is very patient with him and my new puppy Bucky! Young puppies are a handful and she makes him so fluffy and soft every time!
