But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

We even discussed that the unit was for an oversized set up. He gave a reasonable price for just the head unit and we scheduled the work. 1st appointment - had to re-schedule as they couldn't make it. 2nd appointment - finally made it out and looked at the unit and said what he had wouldn't work and said he would need to get pricing from his manufacturer for whole new setup. I mentioned that we talked about it being a larger garage door before he even came out. Why didn't he tell me up front that what he had in his warehouse wouldn't work? It's been days and haven't heard from him. I guess if he can't sell you an old stock warehouse garage door opener, then he wants nothing to do with you. I feel like this was a bait and switch situation as the other companies were more expensive. I've texted him several times and have not heard back. At the very least, ANY communication could have prevented this review. Oh well, on to the next company!

Let me start by saying there are very few things as frustrating in this world as wasting a day off…read morewaiting on a service call. Add a service call that never shows or contacts you, it really is quite maddening. We called to have someone come out and look at our garage door, it appears to have a crack in it. My husband mixed up my day off and scheduled it for Wednesday between 10-12, he quickly realized the error and called back to have the appointment moved to Tuesday for the same time, which they claimed they could accommodate and would call 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Tuesday at 12:30 we called them since no one had called or shown up. They never moved the Wednesday appointment but offered to come between 3 and 6pm that evening, again with a promise to call 20 minutes before, and again, no call and no one showed up.
