Evidence of error in reported coverage. 2) Searched hospital/ambulatory/outpatient facilities, the closest one according to their website turned out to be closed... permanently. 3) Assigned PCP who was no longer with a HMO network provider, and who no longer accepted Molina insurance. 4) Website would not allow me to change the PCP provider. 4) Website would not let me print my insurance card. 5) 20 days later, and I still haven't received an insurance card and introductory package in the mail, as they said they would send. 6) Molina has no chat service for "help" with marketplace questions. 7) Place nearly two dozen calls to Molina Marketplace, no one ever answers, (888) 560-5716, (866) 472-4585, (855) 322-4076 at all business hours. 8) SO BE ADVISED MOLINA, I WILL KEEP HITTING OPTION "9" FOR BEHAVIORAL SERVICES, WHICH TIES UP THAT LINE, UNTIL SOMEONE FROM MARKETPLACE PICKS UP THE LINE.
