The employees at the front office are amazing, specially Yoska, I can never forget her name because…read moreshe help me so well over the phone and when I met her at the time of my appointment, her attention was even better. I feel so comfortable going to places where you get treated with attention and care. I recommend everyone to come to this office and ask for Yoska to help you with your appointment, and the doctor that saw me Dr Emon Mc Laughlin was amazing, he took his time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable.

I purposefully arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment, as I wanted to fill out my registration forms early; so that my appointment ran on time. I have now been here for 3 hours - the place is almost closing (in 30 min). Once I completed my forms, I took them to the receptionist. After handing my clipboard to her, she left my PHI (protected health information) out for the other patients behind me to see. I watched 15 minutes go by, and several patients come through (exposing all my personal health information) without the receptionist making a move. This is a HUGE issue...Another medical assistant came up to me while I was seated in the lobby and verbally asked me about my health history. If you work in healthcare, you know that this is a big no no. You don't risk violating rules under HIPPA!! The lobby is packed with--I'm not even exaggerating--close to 25 patients or more. When I asked the receptionist about my appointment status. She said that: they have only two doctors currently working. If you work in billing or administration, you know that this is a sign of a greedy doctor. If you know that you only have two providers to see patients, then you shouldn't stack up back to back appointments for the provider. You notify the patient that you have no appointments available. That means the only thing the doctor or the office manager care about is the $ from the insurance carriers, because you can't schedule 5+ patients for the same hour! It's so unprofessional and makes no sense. It's not adequate attention to the patient's care... The doctor is very friendly, and has good bedside manners. But that doesn't negate the horrible experience I am having. If you don't have the bandwidth, then you shouldn't be scheduling all these patients. Major disappointment!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Abraham Jaguan. I came to the appointment with a…read morespecific concern that I wanted to discuss, but I did not feel that anyone took the time to listen to me. The nurse spoke with me for about a minute and suggested an endoscopy before I had even finished explaining why I was there. Dr. Jaguan then spent less than five minutes with me before proceeding with the endoscopy. What also concerned me was that, while I was waiting, I noticed that several patients who arrived were being told that they could have an additional test that was not covered by insurance. Seeing this repeatedly made me uncomfortable, especially because in my own case I felt that a procedure was recommended before my concerns had been fully heard or evaluated. What bothered me most was that I left feeling that my actual reason for seeking medical care had never been properly discussed or evaluated. I did not feel heard as a patient, and I did not receive the type of consultation I expected before having a procedure performed. I was also charged $270 for the endoscopy outside of what I expected from my insurance coverage, which added to my frustration with the experience. Patients deserve to have their concerns heard and their medical history properly evaluated before a procedure is recommended. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

While sitting in the examining room waiting for the doctor to come into my room I over heard a conversation. The doctor was with a patient that was very sick. Apparently this patient did not have insurance or he had bad insurance. This patient needed to see several specialists. Instead of the doctor just getting rid of this poor man who felt scared and hopeless Dr Pullen made many phone calls until he found a specialist to would treat the patient. I personally could write a book on how many doctors I have been to in my life that just give you 5 minutes and then run to see the next patient. I went to see Dr Pullen because I have been having a problem for several years. I have been to many doctors who ordered a lot of tests. I was being treated for several things because all of the doctors were not sure of what the problem was. Dr Pullen was able to diagnose my problem immediately. It is comforting to finally have a diagnosis and to be able to get off some of the meds I have been taking. Dr Pullen spent a lot of time with me and made sure that I understood everything that he said. He also encouraged me to call him anytime I had any questions. It's rare to find a brilliant doctor who is friendly and kind. I was able to tell that he loved being a doctor and that he loved helping his patients.
