Not to mention it was really close to Torvehallerne Square, which is around an eight-minute walk from the hotel. I arrived early, before check-in, and the reception staff offered to hold my luggage so I could explore the city. They give you a code and place it in a locked and video-monitored closet down in the basement. It was easy to do and safe for your belongings. After some exploring, I returned to the hotel around 4 PM and finally checked in. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my single room had been upgraded to a larger room for free. I was stoked to hear that and loved the room and location they gave me. The room was beautifully furnished and was very clean! The only downside is the no AC. The temperature that day was in the low 60s (60-63 degrees). This may sound nice, but it was rather toasty in my room. They had a standing fan that, unfortunately, did not rotate, but it helped somewhat. They give you very heavy-duty duvets that are better for winter weather, but thankfully, I opened some of the windows in my room, which made it more bearable to sleep at night. The staff here was so friendly and accommodating. It's very close to plenty of sights, attractions, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. It's a beautifully decorated hotel, with lovely rooms and an excellent location.

The vibe is Balinese which threw me off-- Im used to a Scandi vibe everywhere Ive stayed in the city. The all organic delish breakfasts. The bedding and fabrics in the room are also organic! Its soo fun to stay here, theres a sauna with massage services, there are Vespas in random parts of the buildings and courtyard and staff wear Indonesian style uniforms. Inside the room, every detail was well planned and designed for practical functional use. I was sooo into the heated bathroom floor, I made a point to go without slippers. :) The small hotel bar/resto hosts serves superr delicious food and drink, ask for Franco. I also tried the mud mask and coffee scrub at the spa. We got a spa tote that included robes and flip flops, so no need to pack your own. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well and had a variety of options. The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfy, heater worked well during the winter, and there were amenities that we weren't expecting (toothbrush, toothpaste tablet, etc). The bonus points is that it is steps away (literally just outside) to the metro and only a short 30 minute ride to the airport (via metro) and only a few minutes away from the city. The property is beautiful and the breakfast is phenomenal- perhaps my favourite part of my stay here. Staff are friendly, welcoming and the check in process was quick. I was able to leave my luggage here and take the metro to the city (only 7 minutes to the main station). If I wanted, I could've paid an extra fee to check in earlier too and get a bigger room but I decided not to. The room was quite small, yet comfortable and nice. The washroom was also nice and I really appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and the facility itself. I love the design of the place, and the breakfast area. I love the concept of juice on tap. The juice selection was top notch. I also enjoyed the wide selection of breads, pastries and a good mix of savoury and sweets for breakfast. Breakfast is at an additional fee but if you book in advance when booking your room, it may be cheaper than getting it once you arrive. Wifi worked well and was fast. I would recommend and stay here again if I'm ever in Copenhagen. For the price though, it's a bit high but convenience and cleanliness is what I was looking for, and I got both. The next morning, I only had to walk a short distance to get to the free shuttle bus that takes you to the cruise port.

I was soooo excited about staying here because of its great location (Nyhavn st.) with the iconic colorful buildings and beautiful canals. The pictures of the hotel room made it look cozy and chic. We first arrived at 11PM and found a 15 minute parking spot right in front of the hotel. Past a certain time, they lock the entrance and you either open with your room key or you need to ring the doorbell. I wish I could remember the staff members names :( they were all so sweet and helpful! From giving us a small tour, taking us to the elevator and someone waiting in the cold to help us park the rental, these people are just awesome. I personally thought the people we encountered in our short stay were very sweet. People smiled back :D that does not happen at home. LOL. P.S parking is $40 USD The rooms are even more beautiful in person. We got a basic room because it was a short stay and our flight was the next day at 12PM. The water was warm compared to what we were using the days prior in Italy. The bed was A+. There's a stocked mini fridge and a couple of snacks (not free) but it helps for any midnight munchies. We ended up driving up to Mcdonald's. Hear me out... If you feel like the chicken nuggets have never tasted the same than before in the US, TRY IT OUT IN COPENHAGEN. I took a bite and went back to my childhood. I'll definitely be back to visit!
