Last time I had the skin spot removed and found out that thankfully it was not cancer. Well fast forward a few years ahead and I felt the need to go back. When I made the appointment they got me in immediately. The front desk is very accommodating, understanding, patient and polite. Since my last visit the office has moved. I wanted to get checked out for a new suspicious skin mark. Without hesitation Dr Hahn took one look and made my diagnosis with ultra confidence and knowledge. It turned out to be noncancerous and just one of the "battle scars" of aging. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I loved my experience with Dr Any Hahn.

A few months ago I visited East Penn Dermatology. I saw the Physicians Assistant, Stephanie…read more Stephanie was gentle and seemed knowledgeable. She was to call in 10 days with the results of some samples she took. 10 days later, no call, 2 weeks the same, this went on and on. I called repeatedly to get no return call. Finally someone shared she was leaving the practice. Since then, I have called , again repeatedly, and still have yet to speak to the doctor. I'm finished with this practice. I'm not sure they could do anything at this point to regain my business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because of my initial visit to Stephanie.

First attempt approximately 5 months ago 15 minute wait on hold only to speak to a girl that sounded no more than 15 years old and totally clueless about the procedure I was inquiring about. I hung up. The service is reportedly good but I wonder how many people like myself never have a chance to find out because no one ever answers the phone during business hours. I won't try again just in case the service is like the responsiveness.
