That sort of thing is frowned on in most places, but I think the German lady who owns the place would have been very unhappy with me. Green salad is well-dressed with oil and vinegar. Underneath the bed of greens are the very typical Frankonian pickled vegetables to complete the salad. I think there were: shredded carrots, cabbage, reddish, and sliced cucumbers. They are very good if you like pickled veggies which I do.
