While Quest this morning was empty they had to send me to the third floor because "they are not being sent anyone's lab requests". I needed a fasting blood work and I arrived upstairs at 7:20. Feeling like I'm at a clam shack I take number 96. They are just calling 77!! If I wait I'll be late for work and if I come back I won't be able to eat until after 2pm. I had to go. Lady I. The elevator tells me she arrived before 630 and was number one!! And she says that they only have two phlebotomy staff and are no longer open on weekends unless you want to drive to Providence. Hawthorne has gone downhill. My PCP left, the entire staff of my ENT left. It's a patients nightmare. Shame on Brown.

I first visited the Fairhaven office and the comfortable waiting room with a good amount of patients told me that things were running smoothly. The 2 ladies working the front desk were efficient and personable and I think I actually got in to see Dr Crowe a few minutes before my scheduled time. He is polite and friendly and he diagnosed a chronic foot pain as a side effect of Prednisone that I had just finished taking for another issue. He checked my foot and prescribed a medication that would take approximately 2 weeks to clear things up and he was 100% right. My follow-up visit to the Wareham office was exactly the same and I got in and out efficiently. Great work Dr Crowe!!

A nurse practitioner at my PCP office referred me to see Gregory Schwartz as there's no podiatrist in my local area that takes my insurance. I went and saw Gregory Schwartz on April 11, 2022. I advised him that I want x-rays of both my feet done, because of the pain I was in. He took x-rays of my right foot and than pushed the machine to the side. I advised him that I need my left foot done too. He was hesitant until I told him once again there's pain in both my feet. Once I explained myself for the second time than he took the x-ray of the left foot too. The findings were tailor bunions on both feet & plantars fasciitis. He than told me to stand up and pull up the bottom of my pants I didn't know what was going on and there was a big moment of silence between us. I than said what do you want me to do. He gave no direction until I asked him. That created a big awkwardness between us, I just didn't feel he was the right podiatrist for me or that he knew what he was doing. He was too busy looking at my clothes and complimenting me rather than looking at my foot problems. He put me in physical therapy for 6 weeks. When I called to have my x-rays sent to my physical therapist office the receptionist said that they dont give those to no one! My physical therapist office likes to see any x-rays, MRI, CT scans etc. So that they can evaluate me for the appropriate coordination of care. I had my PCP's office call and email them about getting the x-rays and they heard nothing back. I called their office a month ago to have them fax over all my records, x-rays etc. to my new podiatrist that I see on June 17, 2022, I called my new podiatrists office today and they never received anything! WOW! How I'm not surprised. I than called my physical therapists office and they're going to send over whatever notes they got from Gregory Schwartz's office to my new podiatrist and also an update on how I'm doing in physical therapy. I'm still currently in physical therapy I started April 18, 2022 and I decided to not go back to Gregory Schwartz not only is he not the right podiatrist for me his office is horrible to deal with about getting MY X-rays!!!

They refused to take him which I feel was out of line. They told me the window was 15 minutes and I said great we made it only for them to change it to 10 minutes. How do you turn away a 93 year ago man standing in your doorway. Did I mention it wa 5 degrees out that day. The staff was rude and I would never recommend this dr office.
