They replaced a roof at my place and ruined my skylights with tar then said it was my fault because I should of just replaced them. Left tons of nails and staples in my driveway and on my entry steps to my door. Texted Brent Papineau to please come clean his mess because I have kids that want to run around and a car that I would like to pull back into my driveway without getting a popped tire and he cursed at me and was a real mean horrible person with no care for his customer or safety of my children or vehicles. He finally came back picked up a few nails and said he cleaned it up I went outside to check his work again and found another 30-40 nails and staples in my driveway.

He came a few times a month, took more than half the money, and now I can't park, have a leaky roof, ruined ceiling, and I can't park my vehicles. He took a window in the house, never returned it (getting wet on the inside). Got stuck 3 times this winter since I don't have anywhere to park. The only thing I got out of it is a ruined ceiling, mud hole driveway, 70% completed roof, and a much much lighter wallet.

Kathy called me around noon and said they were on their way. Austin and Logan showed up and were very professional and told me that it would have to be replaced and would be back shortly with a new one from the shop! In about another two hours they had removed my old hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new one! By around 3:30 PM I had hot water and a load of stress and relief off my mind! Thanks to Kathy, Austin and Logan for a job well done! I would HIGHLY recommend this business!!
